I’m a PhD candidate in Dr. Lisa Belden‘s lab at Virginia Tech.  I’m broadly interested in population and community ecology, and I have particular interests in disease ecology and symbiotic interactions. I’m currently combining laboratory and mesocosm experiments, field surveys, and mathematical modeling to quantify the factors that influence intra and interspecific transmission in a common host-symbiont system.
